Application Support Engineer / Tool Engineer
o Be able to administer/configure/use/customize the following software applications in order to meet the needs of engineering in Liège
o Jira: project and task management
o RMSIS: Jira plug-in for specification management
o Polarion: specification management for Q2-2025
o BitBucket
o Jenkins
o SonaQube
· Data exchange between several different systems: PLM (Windchill), ERP (OCM), production DB, Jira, etc.
· Be able to understand the needs of engineering teams
· Be able to take into account the guidelines and security implemented by IT teams to protect the use of tools
· Solution-oriented, good communication, integrates easily into teams, resourceful and proactive
· French
In addition,
· Be able to train/explain how to use the tools, carry out the documentation/procedure
· Be able to create python scripts to create tools
· Data manager: Be able to manage large quantities of recorded data and extract the essential information to produce reports and studies
· English is a plus
