Software Developer - Leeds (Hybrid)

I'm currently working with a growing agency that is looking to add a software developer to its development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative and technical projects, including bespoke web applications, CMS builds, animation, and interactive 3D experiences.

Role Overview:
You’ll collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality, user-focused digital solutions. The role also encourages innovation—whether that’s implementing new tools, improving processes, or exploring emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom web solutions using a variety of modern frameworks and stacks
Build and extend CMS and eCommerce platforms (e.g. Craft CMS, Prismic, Sanity)
Prioritise user experience and performance in all development work
Assist with server-side troubleshooting when required
Stay informed on new tech and share best practices with the team

Skills & Experience Desired:
Proficiency in MySQL and relational databases
Experience with MVC frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Nest.js)
Familiar with REST and GraphQL API integration
Solid front-end experience with Vue.js, React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
Strong debugging and testing skills (e.g. JEST, PEST)
Well-organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Commercially aware and comfortable engaging with client needs
