Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support filling and packaging line operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves the design and integration of automation systems, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and integration of pharmaceutical filling and packaging lines, including:
Mechanical layout design
Electrical systems design
Software interface design

Lead or support integration of systems such as:
Vision systems and visual inspection
Printer systems and serialization equipment
Line control software, ERP interfaces, and MES/EBR systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for mechanical and software integration.
Ensure system design aligns with GMP and industry standards.
Travel to client sites as needed (up to 50%) to oversee installations, testing, and validation activities.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context.
Demonstrated expertise in filling and packaging line automation, including mechanical, electrical, and software aspects.

Proven experience working with:
Vision and inspection systems
Serialization and printer integration
Line control software
ERP and MES/EBR interfaces

Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to client sites.
