Senior Frontend Software Engineer - UI – Frontend – TypeScript – React London based position - x3 days in office requirement required.

Miller Maxwell is assisting an international FinTech expanding their UI team. This senior position offers the successful Senior Frontend Engineer the chance to work directly with front-office users to build customised UIs in a fast-paced, live trading environment. The team is a mix of Full Stack Engineers and UI Software Engineers, and this hire will have the freedom to lead projects and take ownership of exciting green-field development projects.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Frontend Developer:

Collaborate with an experienced full-stack engineering team to enhance their electronic trade execution platform, focusing on front-end development.
Build user interfaces their core trade execution trading platform.
Implement, modify, and configure platform improvements.
Work closely with a Full Stack team to enhance and improve platform reliability.

Requirements for Senior Frontend Engineer:

A degree in a STEM-related subject.
At least six years of commercial frontend development experience.
Proven experience with React & TypeScript.
Experience in a FinTech or Financial Services environment.
Performance improvement - Platform reliability improvement experience is essential.
Demonstrable experience in building large-scale, data-driven platforms.
