An innovative biotechnology company is establishing a state-of-the-art mRNA vaccine manufacturing facility in Oxford, with the mission to advance global health through pioneering science and technology. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our client's high-impact production team as we build a future where access to life-saving vaccines is faster, smarter, and more secure.

About the Role:
As a key member of their growing team, you'll operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment in a high-tech, digitally driven environment. You’ll be responsible for executing production activities to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative healthcare project with national and global significance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment in compliance with cGMP and health and safety regulations
Collaborate with QA teams to support documentation and batch release activities
Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform basic maintenance using hand tools and digital interfaces
Contribute to a culture of safety, precision, and operational excellence
Embrace digital tools and systems to improve processes and solve issues quickly

About You:
2+ years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing
Degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology or equivalent field ideal
Technically skilled with strong attention to detail
Experienced with chromatography, filtration, or cold chain (a plus)
Digitally savvy and eager to contribute to process innovation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including off-hours during production campaigns
