About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Software Engineer with 0-2 years of professional experience. You'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable applications from scratch or iterate on existing systems. This is an opportunity to learn rapidly, take ownership, and gain hands-on experience with real startup projects across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

Build pixel-perfect user interfaces using React, Next.js and develop APIs using Flask or other Python frameworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Contribute to both frontend and backend components of modern web applications.
Collaborate with designers and senior engineers to turn product requirements into working software.
Write and run tests, debug issues, and improve system performance.
Learn DevOps and deployment practices on cloud platforms.

What We're Looking For
0-2 years of professional experience OR strong internships/projects in full-stack development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (React), Next.js and Python (Flask).
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git workflows, and deployment basics.
Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or any relational/NoSQL database.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute proactively.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Docker, CI/CD.
Interest in startups or prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.

Location & Hours
Remote-first, with optional in-person sessions at our Bangalore office.
Full-time, flexible working hours (IST timezone preferred).
