Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an IT Support professional at Modi Technologies Inc. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktop computers and other IT systems. Daily tasks include assisting clients with technical issues, conducting regular system checks, managing help desk support requests, and ensuring the efficient operation of all IT equipment.

Qualifications
Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
Proficiency in providing Help Desk Support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are beneficial
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
