Job Description
**Job Title:** IFS Functional Analyst **Role Summary:** Support ERP transformation strategy to align global business processes and enhance operational efficiency through IFS ERP system implementation and optimization. **Expectations:** Hybrid work model with on-site attendance initially and as required; collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders; analytical approach to process and system design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve process/system issues and manage change requests. - Analyze As-Is processes, develop To-Be process designs, and define functional/data integration requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure compliance with standards. - Conduct systems validation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation reviews. - Deliver training materials, coaching, and process training to global teams. - Oversee project tasks including data mapping, integration testing, and cutover planning. - Develop incident/service request action plans, manage risk logs, and maintain stakeholder communication. **Required Skills:** - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in IFS ERP (Field Service Module). - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process optimization and system design. - Project management competence for implementation and cutover tasks. - Training and documentation experience to support user adoption. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Demonstrated experience as an IFS Systems Analyst with successful ERP implementation history. - Preferred: Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., IFS Cloudsuite Field Service).
