We are recruiting an ERP Change Manager (12-month fixed term contract) to join our team based in West Yorkshire (Whitley, DN14 0HR). We offer a hybrid working pattern with a mix of office and remote working.

What will you be doing in this role?

Our Transformation Change Manager will lead and support the change management activities associated with the implementation of an ERP system across UK Operations. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working, while minimising disruption and maximising engagement across all stakeholder groups.

Key skills and experience:

Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and field service business processes.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and senior leadership.
Experience in designing and delivering change interventions including training, communications, and coaching.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities.

Required Competencies

Desirable Skills And Experience

Formal change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, ACMP).
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience in organizational design and cultural change initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan aligned with the ERP implementation roadmap.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Lead change impact assessments and readiness assessments across business units.
Design and deliver communication plans, training strategies, and user adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and functional leads to ensure alignment between technical delivery and change activities.
Identify and manage resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and feedback loops.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility.
Experience with digital transformation and business process reengineering.
