About the job

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of our ERP implementation project ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met while driving stakeholder engagement and compliance.

Job title: ERP Project Manager - 6 month FTC

Reporting to: Business Transformation Director
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Poole

What you will be doing

Project Planning and Execution. Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation

Stakeholder and Team Management. Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Leadership team. Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies

Risk and Issue Management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project related issues promptly to minimise impact.

Budget and Resource Management. Track project costs and ensure delivery within budget. Optimise resource utilisation and manage vendor relationships.

Quality Assurance. Ensure ERP system configuration meets business requirements. Conduct post implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & experience needed

Proven ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, Acumatica)
Strong project management methodology (Agile, PRINCE2)
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Strategic thinking and planning
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
