**Job Title**
ERP Project Manager (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of an ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to schedule and budget, and effective stakeholder engagement. Manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and change‑management activities to achieve successful go‑live and post‑implementation optimization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver the ERP project within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Maintain clear communication of status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
- Ensure high user adoption and quality of system configuration.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed plans (schedule, budget, resources).
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, consultants, and vendors; allocate resources efficiently.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate change‑management and user‑adoption strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues to minimize impact.
- Track and control project costs, ensuring delivery within budget.
- Oversee ERP system configuration to meet business requirements; conduct testing and quality assurance.
- Perform post‑implementation reviews and recommend improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Acumatica).
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.
- Strategic planning and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Vendor management and budgeting proficiency.
- Change‑management and user‑adoption expertise.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master).
