Required Skills: - 5+ years in AI/ML strategy, delivery, or transformation within a consulting/advisory setting. - Deep expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, LLMs, and MLOps. - Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern deployment pipelines. - Proficiency in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations. - Strong communication skills for CxO-level stakeholder engagement and client advocacy. - Proven track record of leading large‑scale AI programs or portfolios. - Lifelong learning mindset, with continuous skill development and mentoring. Required Education & Certifications: - STEM bachelor’s degree (preferred MSc/PhD in AI, data science, or related field). - Certifications in cloud AI (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) are advantageous.
