**Job Title** Project Coordinator **Role Summary** Support delivery of multiple client projects in the cosmetics and personal care sector. Coordinate activities between account managers, cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within scope. **Expectations** - Manage several concurrent project workflows. - Maintain accurate real‑time visibility of project status. - Identify and mitigate risks and delays proactively. **Key Responsibilities** - Process new work requests from enquiry to completion. - Schedule work aligning with purchase orders, processes, and team capacity. - Track project timelines; flag risks, delays, or missing information early. - Liaise with suppliers, labs, consultants, and internal teams to chase data and unblock projects. - Review and prepare project documentation for regulatory or technical review. - Produce status reports for tracking, planning, and commercial activity. - Support invoicing processes by resolving project‑related queries. - Attend internal and client meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow‑up. **Required Skills** - Project coordination or support experience. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset. - Stakeholder management across diverse groups. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred). - Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage but not mandatory.
