Salesforce Excellence Analyst (CRM)
**Role Summary**
Support Medical Nutrition, Atrium, and Professional Health sales teams by administering Salesforce and Veeva platforms, delivering training, troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting. Implement AI, ML, and automation to enhance CRM performance and data insights. Manage territory, account setup, and user documentation while collaborating with global support teams.
**Expectations**
* Operate independently and lead initiatives, communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
* Provide prompt, high‑quality support for CRM technical issues and user queries.
* Drive CRM adoption and optimize commercial execution through advanced technology integration.
* Maintain data integrity and generate actionable insights via reporting tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **CRM & Platform Management**
* Administer Salesforce and Veeva: pages, objects, fields, lists, territory & role hierarchies, account realignment, user setup.
* Act as primary contact for CRM support channels (mailbox, chat, live call).
* Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams.
* Create and maintain user documentation, technical guides, and training videos.
2. **Data & Reporting**
* Generate and analyze CRM and Power BI reports to track KPIs and support business decisions.
* Ensure data accuracy across platforms and translate data into actionable insights.
3. **AI & Advanced Technology Integration**
* Apply AI tools for predictive analytics, territory optimization, and sales forecasting.
* Leverage ML models for CRM data insights and user behavior analysis.
* Implement automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
* Provide chatbot support and sentiment analysis capabilities.
4. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration**
* Work with integrated platforms (Vault, Align, Magento, JDP).
* Support cross‑functional teams with reporting and data interpretation.
**Required Skills**
* CRM administration (Salesforce and/or Veeva) – 2–3+ years.
* Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI or equivalent.
* Knowledge of AI/ML for CRM enhancement and automation tools.
* Experience with integrated platforms (Vault, Align, Magento, JDP).
* Advanced MS Office fluency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
* Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Admin) and/or Veeva administration are advantageous.
