**Job Title:** Senior Test Engineer (Application Tester – Manual & Automation) **Role Summary:** Senior Application Tester responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and optimal user experience of software, web applications, and microservices. Job Description
Job Title: Project Coordinator – Estates (Lease Renewals & Ground Lease Buy‑Outs) Role Summary: Coordinate and lead lease renewal and ground lease buy‑out projects, manage a team of negotiators, and serve as the primary liaison between Estates and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and timely delivery. Expectations: • Lead and mentor a negotiation team. • Act as the central point of contact for all lease‑related queries. • Ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal and internal standards. • Support the Estates Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting. Required Skills: - Solid experience in lease administration, property management, and acquisitions. - Proven leadership or supervisory experience. - Strong ability to review, interpret, and manage lease contracts and legal documentation. - Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management databases. - Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
