Are you an experienced (Real Estate) estates or property professional ready to take the lead on impactful projects?

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with a strong Real Estates background to join our growing team and drive excellence across lease renewals, ground lease buy-outs, and estate development initiatives.

In this key role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Negotiators, act as the central link between Estates and internal stakeholders, and ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.

You’ll work closely with the Estates Project Manager and play a strategic part in optimizing operations, improving data quality, and delivering value across our estate portfolio.

An understanding in business law, right of superficies and easement, is highly desirable as is BSC in Law or a Paralegal background

What You’ll Do

Lease Renewals & Ground Lease Buy-Outs

Lead, guide, and support a team of Negotiators to deliver high-quality lease outcomes.

Act as the main point of contact for lease-related queries, validating information before circulation.

Support the Estates Project Manager with planning, monitoring, and reporting on lease renewals and buy-out cases.

Proactively identify potential risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.

Estates Projects Coordination

Coordinate and improve project workflows to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.

Maintain high-quality, audit-ready data across shared systems and documentation.

Oversee progress on new sites, replacements, colocations, and relocations.

Manage end-to-end approval processes and support due diligence for M&A opportunities.

Drive lease reviews and support cost optimization programs.

Data, Documentation & Transition

Validate and integrate transition data across internal systems.

Ensure consistent documentation standards, version control, and archiving.

Prepare lease packages, addenda, and supporting documents for internal and external use.

Property Management Support

Serve as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants regarding site-related activities.

Support lease administration including rent adjustments, addenda, and terminations.

Coordinate site inspections, handovers, and relocations.

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience in lease administration, property management, and acquisitions.

Proven track record in leading or supervising teams.

Strong ability to review, interpret, and manage lease contracts and legal documentation.

Very good knowledge of business law, particularly right of superficies and easement, is highly desirable as is BSC in Law or a Paralegal background.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using property management databases.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
