**Job Title** Junior Data Analyst – EHS Systems **Role Summary** Support the client’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) department as a freelance Junior Data and Business Analyst. Bridge IT processes and business requirements to optimize the global QHSE platform (Intelex), oversee system administration, deliver data visualisations, and drive process improvements over a 6‑month engagement. **Expectations** - 2 + years experience in data or business analysis. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent. - Fluent in English; working knowledge of Dutch a plus. - Able to work autonomously, pay close attention to detail, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **System Administration & Support** – Aid the Lead Administrator in migrating support workflows to ServiceNow, manage user profiles, provide Level 2 technical assistance, and maintain accurate system documentation. 2. **Data Visualization** – Design, build and refine reports and dashboards within the Intelex BI platform to deliver actionable insights to business units. 3. **Process Improvement** – Serve as liaison between Information Systems (IS) and business stakeholders to collect feedback, propose enhancements, and implement system upgrades. 4. **Collaboration & Testing** – Partner with the Hermes NXT team to conduct rigorous testing and development of new reporting features. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, macros). - Power BI report and dashboard development. - Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic programming concepts. - Experience with reporting tools and dashboard design. - Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Analytics or a closely related discipline. - Certifications in Power BI, ServiceNow, or ITIL are advantageous but not mandatory.

Manages a specialized GRC team, drives strategic risk initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees OPEX/CAPEX, and cultivates process efficiencies and stakeholder relationships. Expectations: Lead a high‑autonomy GRC team, deliver on risk and ESG objectives, maintain regulatory adherence to GDPR, NIS2, CRA, CER, and AI Act, manage budgets and resources, and communicate complex risks to senior leadership in Dutch, French, and English.
