Job Description

**Job Title:** HR Business Partner and Project Support **Role Summary** Support HR operations and lead change management initiatives during organizational transformation. Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies, projects, and compliance frameworks while fostering employee engagement and resolving employee relations (ER) matters. **Expectations** Deliver HR-led change management, project coordination, and operational support in a dynamic environment. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive HR change initiatives, integration planning, and project execution to align with business objectives. - Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) and improve HR operational systems. - Provide ER guidance, resolve complex cases (discipline, grievance, absence), and maintain compliance with UK/EU employment law. - Partner with business leaders to design and execute talent, engagement, and development programs. - Monitor and optimize HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder engagement. - Offer policy interpretation and resolve HR challenges through collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in HR project management, organizational change, and employee relations. - Strong working knowledge of HR operational systems (HRIS) and employee lifecycle processes. - Expertise in UK/European employment law and HR best practices. - High-level stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting with analytical rigor. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in complex/matrixed organizations. - Experience in M&A, large-scale integrations, or organizational change projects. - Demonstrated proficiency in HR policy application and compliance.
