Job Description
Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst Role Summary: Supports healthcare technology initiatives by driving FHIR API design, EMR integration, and interoperability compliance. Works closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Expectations: Full‑time, onsite 4 days a week in Northern NJ; local candidates only. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements for FHIR‑based APIs, conduct gap analysis, and define resource mappings. - Lead testing and validation of FHIR endpoints for clinical and administrative data. - Design and document EMR workflows for platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts, extracting and normalizing patient data. - Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners in Agile environments to deliver integration solutions. - Ensure compliance with CMS, ONC mandates and the 21st Century Cures Act, facilitating secure data exchange between payers, providers, and third‑party apps. - Produce impact assessments, documentation, and training materials for interoperability enhancements. - Engage stakeholders to align EMR configurations with operational needs and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR specifications, API design, and clinical data exchange. - Hands‑on experience with Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts EMR platforms. - Familiarity with interoperability frameworks (CMS, ONC, 21st Century Cures Act). - Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and documentation. - Experience in Agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration. - Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with MS Office suite. **Job Title** DevOps Engineer **Role Summary** Supports production environments through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management.
