Job Description: **Job Title:** Program Manager – Portfolio Delivery Office **Role Summary:** Lead cybersecurity-focused programs, aligning technical initiatives with business and compliance goals. Drive cross-functional delivery to mitigate risks, enhance IT security frameworks, and foster collaboration across stakeholders. **Expectations:** Manage complex, enterprise-level cybersecurity programs from strategy to execution; ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and deliver strategic IT cybersecurity programs across client verticals. - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to meet program objectives. - Translate technical risks into business impacts for executive stakeholders. - Collaborate with security teams (SOC, IAM, GRC) to execute initiatives. - Monitor and mitigate risks; drive continuous process improvements in program delivery. - Communicate updates, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Cybersecurity knowledge (CIA triad, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, compliance frameworks). - Risk management and incident response expertise. - Technical understanding of network, cloud (AWS/Azure), and identity security concepts. - Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Jira) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. - Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems. - **Preferred certifications:** PMP, PgMP, CISM, CISSP (not mandatory).
