**Job Title:** Reporting Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide analytical and financial support for a remote venture‑capital team, enabling effective fundraising, portfolio company capital raises, and investor relations. Deliver market research, financial modeling, CRM management, and high‑quality reporting to inform strategy and investor engagement. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, actionable insights that shape fundraising narratives and investor targeting. - Support portfolio companies in preparing concise pitch decks, accurate financial models, and investor data rooms. - Maintain data integrity within the investor CRM and generate timely updates for stakeholders. - Contribute to compliance processes and assist with KYC/KYC‑related tasks as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct sector deep‑dives, macro‑economic analysis, and investor mapping. - Assist with group‑level fund operations and day‑to‑day fundraising activities. - Prepare and review pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, and investor pipelines. - Manage and optimize the investor CRM: track outreach, engagement, and data accuracy. - Create internal updates and investor presentation materials. - Provide ad‑hoc support for KYC, legal, and process compliance. - Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance research, data processing, and presentation quality. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or related investment analytics. - Strong research, analytical, and data‑synthesizing capabilities. - Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation creation. - Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills. - Proactive, detail‑driven mindset with a collaborative approach. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data management. - Knowledge of AI/ML platforms is highly advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FRM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
