A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client for a remote-based Venture Capital Reporting Analyst.

They are looking for a high-calibre Analyst to join their team and support the execution and insight behind their fundraising and advisory activity.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality financial and strategic support across their portfolio, pipeline, and investor network. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of fast-growing sectors, collaborating closely with investment professionals, founders, and external advisors.

What the role involves:

Industry & market research: Carry out sector deep-dives, investor mapping, and macro analysis to inform fundraising narratives and investor targeting.
Fund management: Support group-level fundraising efforts and day-to-day fund operations.
Portfolio support & fundraising: Assist portfolio companies with capital raises by preparing or reviewing pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, and investor pipelines.
Investor database management: Maintain and optimise CRM systems, track outreach and engagement, and ensure data accuracy.
Internal & external reporting: Contribute to the preparation of internal updates and investor presentations.
Compliance & process support: Provide occasional support across KYC, legal, and process-related compliance.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience within venture capital or private equity
Strong research and analytical abilities, with the skill to simplify complex information into clear insights
Solid financial modelling and PowerPoint capability
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
A proactive, detail-driven mindset
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms is highly advantageous
A genuine interest in working with early-stage companies
