I’m currently partnering with a leading global systematic hedge fund to help them hire a Client Services Associate into their Investor Relations function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre individual with around 2-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank.

This firm is widely recognised for its performance, culture, and innovation in quantitative investing. The environment is fast-paced but highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on precision, communication, and delivering best-in-class service to institutional investors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a key point of contact for institutional clients across a wide range of requests
Supporting client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing relationship management
Preparing high-quality investor communications, including reports, updates, and marketing materials
Working closely with investment, operations, compliance, and legal teams to coordinate responses
Helping drive fundraising and investor engagement efforts across global markets

Who We’re Looking For

2-6 years’ experience in a client services, investor relations, or similar function
Background in hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking preferred
Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products (systematic strategies a plus)
Highly polished communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Strong tech skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems – Salesforce a bonus)
Degree from a top university in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA a plus
