A London-based early-stage venture capital fund is hiring a Finance & Operations Associate to join them at a pivotal stage of growth, they back visionary founders at the very start.

With over £250M raised across multiple funds, they're expanding their team. You’ll work directly with the CFO and gain exposure across all areas of a venture firm — from fund reporting and internal finance to compliance, investment processes, and operational projects.

Duties not limited to

Support quarterly fund reporting & portfolio data

Track capital calls, distributions & investor notices

Manage payments, invoices & reconciliations

Maintain internal controls, records & compliance logs

Assist with investor onboarding, flow-of-funds & cap table updates

Contribute to operational projects & process improvements

Your Background

2–4 years’ experience, ideally from-

VC/PE fund admin

Venture capital or small fund environment

Startup/fintech investment ops

Audit/accounts (but eager to broaden beyond audit)

Must Haves

Solid finance/fund ops grounding

Detail-oriented, organised, reliable

Strong with spreadsheets & data

High integrity & clear communication

Curious, adaptable, ownership mindset

Nice-to-haves

Capital calls, LP reporting, KYC/AML

Cap tables, SAFEs, valuations

Tech literate
