Job Title: Strategic Account Executive – DeepTech Scale-Up
Role Summary:
Drive growth for a high‑value AI and quantum computing platform in the French market. Own strategy, pipeline development, and full sales cycle for large enterprises and mid‑market accounts, delivering complex, technology‑driven solutions to C‑level stakeholders.
Expectations:
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets.
- Close multi‑million‑euro deals (€300k+), consistently achieving quota.
- Navigate long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and R&D to support solution design and demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute commercial strategy across France, targeting banking, insurance, and related sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within large enterprises and mid‑market accounts.
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing and expansion.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and report progress against goals.
- Engage C‑level stakeholders in innovation, data, IT, and business functions.
- Position AI solutions as strategic enablers, addressing ROI, performance, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and R&D for POCs, demos, and solution design.
- Contribute to sector‑specific go‑to‑market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events across finance, AI, and innovation.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in complex B2B sales (SaaS, AI, data, cloud, or enterprise software).
- Proven record of closing large deals (€300k to multi‑million).
- Deep network and experience within banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and deal‑structuring skills.
- Ability to sell high‑value, technical solutions without hands‑on implementation experience.
- Autonomous, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant sales certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
