Job Description: **Job Title** Tech Lead Data (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse) on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Serve as the technical reference for client data strategies, audit existing platforms, and propose innovative solutions for performance and governance. Mentor and grow the data community, ensuring high-quality delivery from design to deployment. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in data architecture and cloud technologies. - Strong autonomy, strategic vision, and service‑oriented mindset. - Proactive technology scouting and willingness to tackle emerging data use cases. - Willingness to travel within the Paris and Centre‑Val de Loire regions as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse). - Audit and optimize existing data platforms for performance and governance. - Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions in collaboration with architects and stakeholders. - Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. - Own the technical vision and quality of projects from conception to deployment. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and data governance frameworks. - Deploy and monitor data platforms, ensuring reliability and security. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Stambia, etc.). - Deep expertise in cloud architecture (GCP, AWS) and associated services. - Strong knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, etc.) and API design. - Advanced SQL and NoSQL database skills. - Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and data governance principles. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and data engineering (e.g., GCP Professional Data Engineer, AWS Big Data Specialty) preferred.
