Job Description
**Job Title** Sr/Manager, Business Analyst France **Role Summary** Lead analytical functions to drive commercial success for the French market, providing quantitative and qualitative insights to Marketing and Sales teams. Works closely with EMEA and Global Commercial Analytics, reporting to the Marketing Director and providing support to the National Sales Director. Acts as the local commercial analytics expert, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and alignment of strategic forecasts. **Expactations** - Deliver reliable salesforce effectiveness analysis and forecast models (quarterly and LRP). - Define, design, and evaluate HCP segmentation, targeting, and incentive compensation programs. - Manage salesforce sizing, territory structure, and CRM system enhancements. - Conduct market research, generating actionable insights on trends, competitive intelligence, and variances. - Contribute to omnichannel strategy implementation. - Maintain data quality across internal and external sources and communicate pharmacovigilance information as required. - Travel up to 20% of the time. - Influence cross‑functional teams through indirect leadership and mentorship. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead salesforce effectiveness analyses to demonstrate field execution efficiency. 2. Identify, define, and implement appropriate HCP segmentation & targeting strategies. 3. Design, evaluate, and refine salesforce incentive compensation programs. 4. Drive quarterly and long‑range forecasts for all product lines and indications. 5. Develop and execute the Local Market Research Plan, providing ad‑hoc & in‑depth analyses. 6. Manage salesforce sizing and territory sectorisation processes. 7. Serve as a local CRM expert: design training, gather enhancement requests, and coordinate system updates. 8. Contribute to omnichannel strategy rollout and implementation. 9. Act as a trusted partner with Global and Regional BA functions. 10. Assume responsibility for data integrity and compliance with regulatory communication procedures. **Required Skills** - Strategic and analytical thinking - Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills - Excellent oral and written communication (French & English) - Interpersonal and teamwork abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Agility, initiative, and continuous learning mindset **Required Education & Certifications** - Undergraduate degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred - 5–7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry **Supervisory Responsibility** – Indirect influence of cross‑functional teams.
