General Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for quantitative and qualitative analytics providing product, patient and customer knowledge information to the Marketing and Sales teams. The position will interact closely with the EMEA and Global Commercial Analytics team. Reporting to the Marketing Director and dotted line to the National Sales Director, the Business analyst is a key team member for the Commercial success of the team in France.

Essential Functions Of The Job

Lead the salesforce effectiveness analysis to evaluate and demonstrate field execution efficiency
Support identification, definition and implementation of appropriate HCP segmentation & targeting
Design and evaluate the salesforce incentive compensation program.
Drive the quarterly and LRP forecasts for all products and indications
Define, develop and execute Local Market Research Plan to support insight collection and provide with ad-hoc & in-depth analysis highlighting market insights, competitive intelligence, trends and variances for Marketing, Sales and Senior management team
Manage salesforce sizing and territory sectorization processes
Act as a local expert for the CRM and any reporting systems: design and conduct local training, collect enhancement requests from users and manage appropriate system updates
Contribute to the omnichannel strategy deployment and implementation
Be a trusted and valuable partner with Global and Regional BA functions
Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources
Communicate Pharmacovigilance and complaint information according to the procedure set up by regulatory affairs department

Education Required

Undergraduate degree required, MBA and/or post graduate preferred.
5 - 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
