**Job Title**: Enterprise Account Manager **Role Summary**: Account for a small portfolio of high‑value enterprise clients, driving AI solution adoption across their organization. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, cultivate relationships with C‑level executives and other key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to shape product strategy. **Expectations**: - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing to overall enterprise team performance. - Deliver measurable business outcomes for clients, aligning AI solutions with their strategic goals. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and exhibit strong deal‑closing capabilities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and close a qualified sales pipeline for selected enterprise accounts. - Develop deep relationships with executives and stakeholders to uncover business challenges. - Articulate the value of AI‑driven solutions to technical and business audiences. - Drive new business within assigned accounts using expertise, network, and consultative selling. - Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles to reach multi‑million‑dollar deals. - Contribute to team growth and influence product direction through client insights. **Required Skills**: - 7+ years in enterprise or strategic account sales (10+ total sales years). - Proven quota attainment and experience closing multi‑million‑dollar deals. - Consultative, tailored solution‑selling proficiency. - Strong understanding and application of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC). - Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with C‑level executives. - Familiarity with AI products, enterprise software, or complex technology solutions. - Startup or scale‑up experience preferred. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in sales methodologies or AI/technology domains are a plus.
