SAP Exit Programme Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SAP exit programmes for clients, ensuring strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and seamless transition of SAP landscapes to new platforms or decommissioned environments. Manage cross‑functional teams, multiple vendors, and stakeholder expectations across technical and business domains.

- Provide executive‑level oversight, reporting, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future engagements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, plan, and execute SAP exit programmes in line with client objectives and business continuity.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multi‑vendor engagements to meet programme milestones.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of SAP landscapes, identify inter‑dependencies, risks, and formulate exit strategies.
- Implement governance frameworks, controls, and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data governance standards throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Oversee post‑exit knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover.
- Provide executive‑level reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in complex SAP exit, decommissioning, or transformation programmes.
- 5+ years of consulting or regulated industry experience (Life Sciences, Pharma, Financial Services).
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong programme and portfolio management (PMP, Prince2, MSP or equivalent).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and executive negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage risk, dependencies, budgets, and resources in multi‑vendor environments.
- Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and problem‑solving excellence.
- Experience in client‑facing consulting engagements preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP, Prince2, MSP, or analogous programme management certification required.
- SAP architecture or module certifications a plus.
