Expactations: Maintain a high level of security posture for the Central Government client, perform triage and prioritisation of alerts, deliver actionable incident reports, and collaborate with network security teams to strengthen firewalls and access controls. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, Defender, Tenable) and IDS/IPS for real‑time threat detection. • Analyse security alerts, determine scope, priority and impact, and recommend remediation actions. • Conduct incident response, forensic analysis and root‑cause investigations. • Maintain and update threat models and vulnerability scanning processes. • Coordinate with network security, firewalls, and access control teams to mitigate risks. • Produce incident and threat reports for stakeholders.
