Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a AWS Infrastructure Engineer for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - London, Bristol or Manchester

About the role:You will be responsible for ensure services are integrated, delivered and operated as required.

The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance and have a strong background in delivery AWS Infrastructure/Platform support, with the following skills and experience:
Experience in implementing and administering cloud technologies and services, particularly in AWS (EKS, ELK, Cognito, DynamoDb, RDS, IAM, Glue, Systems Manager, API Gateway, and Lambda)
Experience in multiple Scripting and programming languages, such as Shell scripting, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
Knowledge of linux/unix OS and open source ecosystem
Experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub etc)
Experience in leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
Experience in containerisation and deployment with Docker and Kubernetes.
