Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Role Summary: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure for customer-facing applications. Act as a technical advisor, optimize costs and performance, and support seamless customer experiences through automation and collaboration with internal teams. Expectations: Deliver secure, cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with customer needs and SLAs. Lead customer onboarding, document configurations, and provide Tier 3 support for incidents. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure for applications. - Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams. - Lead customer cloud onboarding, including networking, security, and configuration. - Optimize cloud costs and performance via automation and analysis. - Advise stakeholders on cloud best practices, security, and architecture. - Document infrastructure designs and customer-specific configurations. - Provide Tier 3 support and conduct root cause analysis for incidents. Required Skills: - Expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Azure AD, networking, storage, compute). - Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). - Strong communicator for technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience in hybrid cloud environments, legacy system integration. - Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). - Problem-solving in automation and cloud optimization.
