About The Role

MTech Systems is an AI‑powered FarmTech and SaaS software company supporting the global poultry and protein industry. We’re looking for students and early‑career talent who are excited to work on real‑world software, data, and AI challenges that directly impact how food is produced worldwide.

What You’ll Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you may support projects involving:

Software development (web, backend, or platform)
Data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
Cloud‑based SaaS applications
AI‑driven insights and automation
Product, QA, or systems support

You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and data teams while learning how enterprise software is built and deployed at scale.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Data, Analytics, or related fields
Interest in AI, software, data, or cloud technology
Curiosity, strong problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn
Bonus (not required): experience with programming, data tools, or analytics projects
