Job Title: Head of Growth
Role Summary:
Lead the end‑to‑end growth engine for a consumer tech SaaS, driving scalable, profitable B2C user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation across multi‑channel platforms. Own budgeting, KPI ownership, AI‑driven automation, and cross‑functional execution with Product, Data, and Brand to scale to millions of users.
Expectations:
- Scale a full‑funnel growth organization (acquisition, lifecycle, activation) to achieve multi‑market penetration (France, US, and additional markets).
- Deliver sustained profitable growth with strong LTV/CAC alignment.
- Build a data‑centric culture, employing experimentation, cohort analysis, and attribution to inform decisions.
- Champion AI and automation to enhance campaign efficiency, creative production, segmentation, and prioritization.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performance team, fostering speed, curiosity, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Growth Strategy & Execution** – Design and run full‑funnel growth initiatives; manage cross‑channel budgets (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, affiliates, referral, influencers, partnerships).
2. **Team Leadership** – Lead and coach the Growth team (CRM, Lifecycle, UA) and partner with cross‑functional teams.
3. **Data & Attribution** – Own daily KPI dashboards; design incrementality tests; maintain a robust data foundation for confident decision making.
4. **New Growth Loops** – Identify, test, and scale innovative channels and formats; launch breakthrough ideas to unlock incremental growth.
5. **AI & Automation** – Scale AI usage across operations; implement automated workflows and predictive models for resource prioritization.
6. **Budget & ROI Management** – Optimize spend across growth channels; maintain clear ownership of CAC, LTV, and overall growth pipeline efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years growth/performance marketing in fast‑paced B2C mobile/app or marketplace environments.
- Proven track record of building a profitable, scalable growth engine.
- Deep expertise in performance media (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, affiliates, referrals, influencers, partnerships).
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with experiments, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and attribution modeling.
- Hands‑on execution mindset—able to dive into projects across growth levers.
- AI proficiency: everyday use and scaling of automation, agents, and workflow improvements.
- Leadership: team building, coaching, performance management.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written & spoken).
- Flexible, data‑driven mind, creativity, and growth hacker mentality.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Marketing, or similar.
