What you will do
As Head of Growth, you'll manage Joko's B2C growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Your goal: scale Joko profitably and bring Joko into the hands of millions of users in France and the US (with more markets to come).
You'll be deeply involved in day-to-day operations, working closely with Product, Data, and Brand to run fast experiments and unlock new growth loops.
You will report to the CMO and you'll lead the Growth team (CRM & Lifecycle and UA), a team of 4 today and growing, support cross-channel execution, and help build a high-performing, AI-driven growth organization.
Build, run, and elevate Joko’s full-funnel growth engine: You’ll improve every step of the user journey from acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation to grow a valuable, engaged user base.
Own and optimize our growth budget and LTV/CAC ratio: You'll maximize efficiency across all growth channels and levers including referral, ads, influence, growth partnerships and more (you tell us what's next).
Identify and activate new growth loops: You’ll explore new channels, test innovative formats, and launch breakthrough ideas that unlock incremental and scalable growth.
Partner with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams: You'll drive marketing initiatives within Joko's growth roadmap alongside our Growth Task Force, ensuring alignment and fast execution across the company.
Own measurement, attribution, and incrementality: You’ll ensure we track the right KPIs daily, run incrementality tests, and maintain a strong data foundation that supports confident decision-making.
Scale AI usage across the growth team: You’ll automate campaign operations, accelerate creative production, enhance segmentation, and use prediction models to guide prioritisation.
Lead and mentor the Growth team: You’ll foster a high-performance culture rooted in experimentation, speed, curiosity, and measurable outcomes.
Who we’re looking for
Experience: 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or full-funnel user acquisition in fast-paced tech environments in a B2C mobile app environment, marketplace
You have scaled a growth engine with a proven track record of delivering profitable, sustainable growth at scale.
Growth hacker mindset: you’re creative, and able to think outside the box to unlock unconventional growth opportunities.
Strong expertise across performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, affiliates, referral, influencer, partnerships) with clear ownership of budget and steering.
Highly data-driven: you rely on experiments, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to guide priorities.
Hands-on with growth levers: you're a doer and you jump in fast on projects when your team needs it, from referral to influencers to experiments, and get things done.
AI mindset: you use AI daily and know how to scale operations through automation, agents, and workflow improvements.
Previous experience building and managing a team, with strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
