Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Case Management Systems Developer **Role Summary:** Lead technical architect for the design, development, and optimization of legal case‑management solutions primarily within Partner for Windows (P4W), including workflows, screens, automation, and integrations with internal and external systems. **Expectations:** Own end‑to‑end delivery from business requirement capture and design through implementation and delivery, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions aligned with IT governance and stakeholder needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, refine, and enhance P4W workflows, screens, and scripts; extend to DPS and Liberate as required. - Develop and maintain data integration and transfer packages (SQL, SSIS) between client and internal applications. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; create process diagrams and documentation. - Design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions using MS SQL Reporting Services, PowerBI, and other tools. - Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical leadership within the Systems Development team. - Provide troubleshooting, user support, and training; collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. - Ensure delivery risk management, progress reporting, and compliance with IT standard governance. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience designing and developing in Partner for Windows or equivalent legal case‑management or business process automation systems (e.g., LexisNexis, Actionstep, Proclaim). - Strong scripting skills in Python and SQL. - Advanced SQL knowledge and database administration. - Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and PowerBI data integration and reporting. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and process diagrams. - Excellent problem‑solving, multi‑project management, and stakeholder communication. - Knowledge of .NET Web APIs and legal case/matter lifecycle management is an advantage but not essential. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; professional certifications in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI, or Partner for Windows are preferred.
