Key Responsibilities: 1. Design launch, event, and permanent merchandising materials (windows, podiums, counters, in‑store collateral) for perfumers, department stores, and free‑standing boutiques. 2. Produce concept sketches, cardboard comps, and 3‑D renderings to communicate design intent. 3. Draft launch guideline books and issue graphic execution files for affiliates and external vendors. 4. Adapt and execute counter graphics in accordance with global creative direction and local EMEA requirements. 5. Build and update store planograms following global and regional marketing plans. 6. Coordinate GP / IP Department production of global/regional POSM. 7. Collaborate with Store Design, Engineering, IP, and Project Management to integrate displays and collateral. 8. Conduct competition surveys and analyze competitive advantages at POS. 9. Continuously improve workflow, processes, and communication tools. Required Skills: - 2+ years visual merchandising experience in a global brand environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat), 3‑D rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max), Microsoft Office. - Ability to create 2‑D graphics, 3‑D illustrations, and planograms. - Knowledge of graphic printing, POSM/scenography production, and in‑store execution. - Strong verbal and written communication in English (French proficiency preferred). - Detail‑oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
