Executive Director, End to End Global Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the global marketing strategy and execution for Jo Malone London’s Home, Bath & Body, Gifting, and Men categories, driving product innovation, launch, storytelling, and integrated 360‑degree campaigns to sustain luxury brand growth worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a 3‑year category innovation pipeline, aligning new product ideas with global trends and sustainability goals.
- Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy: positioning, launch calendar, cross‑channel activation, and post‑launch performance optimization.
- Create compelling consumer storytelling across digital, social, and traditional media to sustain desirability year‑round.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Finance, and Channel teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Analyse consumer insights, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Serve as the primary liaison between global marketing and regional teams, tailoring toolkits, facilitating monthly alignment meetings, and incorporating local feedback into global plans.
- Drive profitable portfolio management: SKU rationalisation, COGs optimisation, and investment in new product launches.
- Champion corporate processes, tools, and best practices to streamline brand initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a cross‑functional marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of senior global marketing experience, ideally in fragrance or luxury beauty.
- Proven track record of launching successful products in multiple regions.
- Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and analytical rigor.
- Expertise in digital, social, and omnichannel consumer engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Passion for fragrance, beauty trends, and consumer behaviour.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Advanced Marketing Analytics) preferred but not mandatory.
