Job Description

**Job Title**: Frontend Developer (Product Engineer – Blockchain) **Role Summary** Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of user‑facing blockchain applications. Own product roadmaps, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive the transition of legacy systems to decentralized solutions. Deliver production‑ready React/TypeScript/Next.js interfaces and Solidity smart contracts that power wallets, payments, and interoperability services. **Expectations** - Own product vision and execution for blockchain initiatives. - Design scalable on‑chain solutions and maintain full product lifecycle from concept to production. - Influence architecture, lead technical decisions, and mentor peers on blockchain best practices. - Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and execute long‑term product roadmap for blockchain transformation projects. 2. Partner with engineering on decentralized infrastructure architecture and implementation. 3. Lead “rip and replace” migration of legacy systems to blockchain platforms. 4. Design, build, and deploy on‑chain applications (wallets, payments, interoperability use‑cases). 5. Manage full product lifecycle: concept, design, build, test, launch, and scale. 6. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategy and product delivery outcomes. **Required Skills** - 3–8 years as a Product Engineer or Software Engineer in fintech or crypto startups. - Proven ownership of user‑facing products and production‑grade code delivery. - In‑depth knowledge of blockchain technology, dApps, and interoperability protocols. - Hands‑on proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and/or Solidity. - Strong architectural mindset and experience designing decentralized systems. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Passion for applying blockchain to transform real‑world industries. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with blockchain standards (e.g., ERC, Polkadot, Cosmos) is a plus.
