Job Description
**Job Title:** Content Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of a founder‑led content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the RevOps and AI sectors. Own the full content lifecycle—from concept through production to performance analysis—across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and other social-first channels. **Expectations:** - High degree of autonomy reporting directly to the CEO. - Deliver compelling multimedia content (video, audio, animation) that educates and entertains B2B audiences. - Maintain a consistent, multi‑platform content calendar. - Collaborate cross‑departmentally to align messaging with sales, product, and leadership goals. - Analyze data to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for a founder‑led brand. - Own end‑to‑end content creation: ideation, scripting, production, editing, and publishing. - Manage and grow the company podcast series, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Build robust content pipelines that support full‑funnel acquisition and nurturing. - Coordinate with freelancers and production teams for high‑quality video, animation, and audio assets. - Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, CAC) and iterate to improve outcomes. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to produce targeted, full‑funnel content. - Assist with additional marketing initiatives as required. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record of owning and scaling a founder‑led or high‑visibility content channel. - Strong creative vision with experience in B2B content marketing. - Deep understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube social-first channels. - Demonstrable expertise in multimedia production (video, audio, animation). - Storytelling skills to translate complex technical topics into engaging narratives. - Experience managing content calendars and cross‑functional collaboration. - Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Comfortable analyzing performance data and optimizing strategy. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in AI, SaaS, or RevOps marketing. - Animation or motion graphics production skills. - Graphic design proficiency (Figma, Canva). - Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or multimedia production are a plus.
