Job Description
Job title: PMO Analyst – Telecommunications Role Summary: The PMO Analyst will support a short‑term, UK‑based telecommunications contract by implementing project governance, delivering dashboards, managing resources, and ensuring compliance across programmes. Working under IR35 through an umbrella, the role is hybrid with two days onsite in Stevenage. Expects: - British Citizen or Indefinite Leave in the UK. - Availability to start by end of October. - Ability to work 2 days a week onsite and 3 days remote. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain project governance standards; track milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables. 2. Design, create, and manage dashboards and status reports using KeyedIn, Power BI, and Excel. 3. Analyze SLA/KPI performance and conduct variance analysis. 4. Coordinate onboarding/off‑boarding of resources and keep allocation schedules current. 5. Provide guidance on PMO processes and tools to project managers and teams. 6. Log risks/issues, coordinate mitigation plans, and enforce compliance at the project level. 7. Own and update programme/project plans, ensuring high‑quality documentation in KeyedIn and Excel.
