Job Title: Marketing Executive Role Summary: Deliver integrated marketing strategy and execution for UK and international markets, supporting the global Sales Director. Lead inbound/outbound campaigns, bid and tender support, CRM reporting, and cross‑regional alignment while maintaining high‑quality lead generation and marketing performance insights. Expectations: - Autonomous execution of marketing initiatives with creative freedom. - Consistent delivery of measurable marketing outcomes aligned with sales goals. - Continuous improvement of processes, CRM systems, and reporting. - Effective collaboration with senior stakeholders across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate UK and international marketing activities under Sales Director guidance. - Manage digital, email, and event campaigns (inbound/outbound). - Oversee external lead‑generation partners for high‑quality appointments. - Develop bid/tender content, maintain templates, and ensure quality consistency. - Create presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings. - Capture minutes, track actions, and ensure timely follow‑up. - Maintain and enhance CRM reporting (Monday.com; transition to HubSpot/Salesforce). - Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports and support budgeting. - Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication across marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with internal and regional teams to align marketing strategies. Required Skills: - Proven experience in integrated B2B marketing campaigns (digital, inbound, outbound). - Experience managing external agencies or lead‑generation partners. - Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with bid/tender processes (desirable). - Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing analytics; ability to recommend tools (HubSpot, Salesforce). - Analytical reporting skills and budget support. - Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders. - Self‑starter, commercially aware, accountable, flexible, and adaptable. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered). - Relevant marketing or CRM certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) preferred.
