Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Home-Based (UK) - Travel as needed to shows / events in UK and Europe

Employment Type: Full-time

This role has lots of creative freedom to lead on the marketing strategy (supporting the global Sales Director)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver marketing activity across UK and international markets under the direction of the Sales Director.
Manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and events.
Oversee external lead-generation partners to ensure high-quality appointments and opportunities for the sales team.
Support bid and tender preparation by developing content, managing templates, and ensuring quality and consistency.
Contribute to the development of commercial and marketing strategies.
Create and prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for meetings and client engagements.
Take minutes during key internal meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and improve CRM reporting and analytics (e.g., Monday.com) and support future transitions to other platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports and assist with annual budgeting through data-driven insights.
Manage tasks and deadlines across marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and effective stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts to maintain marketing alignment across all geographies.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, inbound, and outbound), ideally within a B2B environment.
Experience working with or managing external agencies or lead-generation partners.
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting bid or tender processes is desirable.
Proficient with CRM systems and marketing analytics, with the ability to recommend performance-enhancing tools and processes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing regular performance updates and supporting budgeting decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across regions.
