Job Description
Job title: Partner Manager Role Summary: Drive the growth and performance of a strategic partner ecosystem for a SaaS platform focused on ESG and regulatory reporting. Own partner engagement, sales acceleration, governance, and cross‑functional alignment to deliver joint value and market success. Expectations: - Lead partner relations and initiatives across the organization, influencing cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment. - Manage partner activities, performance tracking, and enablement in a global or multi‑territorial context. - Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and provide analytical insights to senior stakeholders. - Contribute to marketing and communication of partner programs through newsletters, webinars, and success stories. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee partner pipeline, QBR inputs, and CRM hygiene for assigned partners. - Facilitate governance meetings and support deal insights across internal and partner stakeholders. - Identify sales accelerators and implement enablement programs to drive partner revenue. - Draft and publish newsletters, ecosystem updates, and event materials (webinars, joint promotions). - Collaborate with Professional Services, Infrastructure, Support, and Product teams to onboard, ramp‑up, and innovate with partners. - Align partner messaging with marketing and educational initiatives. Required Skills: - Minimum 10 years of senior experience in SaaS and corporate partner management. - Proven ability to deliver outcomes in a matrixed organization. - Strong analytical, organizational, and diplomatic communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). - Fluency in English and French. - Interest in SaaS, digital ecosystems, or ESG regulation is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications in partner management or supplier relationship management are desirable.
