We work with a powerful ecosystem of partners including integrators, advisors, and analysts. We're looking for an ambitious Partner Manager to help us scale this ecosystem and structure our strategic engagements.

Your Mission

As a Partner Manager, you'll support both the relation with the partner ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Alliances & Strategic Programs team and gain exposure to analyst programs (Gartner, IDC, Verdantix) as well as partner operations, sales performance, enablement, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Ecosystem Management

Manage and animate partners activities with a set of partners located in France: pipeline tracking, enablement, QBR inputs, CRM hygiene
Support governance meetings with key partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) is up to date with deal insights, partner actions, and reporting cycles
Identify accelerators to the sales performance

Internal & External Communication

Draft and support publication of newsletters and ecosystem updates
Contribute to partner-focused events (webinars, success stories, joint promotions)
Collaborate with marketing and education to align on partner messaging
Strong collaboration internally with:
Professional Services team to drive the onboarding, ramp-up of our partners leading them to be autonomous
Infrastructure and Support: to drive partner systems delivery
Product teams: to drive innovation inception

Who You Are

Profile

Senior level with 10 years + of working experience in SaaS and corporate environments
Starting ASAP in 2025
Experienced to work with advisory, integration partners

Skills

Ability to drive outcomes and lead a matrix based organization
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Clear and concise communication, especially in written form
Fluent in English; and French
A keen interest in SaaS, digital ecosystems, or ESG regulations is a plus
