Job Description

Job title: L3 Support Engineer Role Summary: Perform advanced technical support for Python applications and MongoDB databases, diagnosing complex incidents, creating automation tools, and collaborating with development and operations to improve reliability and performance. Expectations: - Act as escalation lead for high‑complexity issues. - Resolve production incidents swiftly, minimizing downtime and preserving data integrity. - Develop and maintain monitoring, automation, and reporting scripts. - Document solutions and create knowledge‑base content. - Participate in on‑call rotation and produce timely incident updates.
