**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary:** Design, configure, and optimize custom ServiceNow forms and user interfaces. Responsible for form layout, client‑side scripting, UI policies, accessibility compliance, and integration with GenAI/Now Assist. Deliver responsive, user‑friendly forms that support ITSM processes and enhance end‑user experience. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable form solutions on schedule. - Ensure accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and performance standards. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs. - Follow Agile/Scrum practices; actively participate in sprint meetings, demos, and retrospectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and configure custom forms using ServiceNow Form Designer and Studio. - Create and manage form layouts, views, sections, related lists, and UI actions. - Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, script includes, business rules, and Flow Designer workflows. - Implement ADA/WCAG accessibility and optimize form usability across devices and browsers. - Leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI features for form‑driven processes. - Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing; troubleshoot and resolve UI defects. - Document form configurations, UI behavior, and technical specifications. - Support platform upgrades, migrations, and enhancements related to form modules. **Required Skills:** - ServiceNow Form Designer, Studio - Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions - JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Workflows - ITSM process knowledge; form layouts, views, related lists - Accessibility (ADA/WCAG) - ServiceNow UI customization - Agile/Scrum teamwork **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. - ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
