Key Responsibilities: - Lead RFI/RFP, vendor selection, and procurement collaboration to choose appropriate cloud integration tools. - Articulate target vision, create the roadmap, and prioritize epics within the SAFe framework. - Own epics, business cases, MVPs, and success metrics; translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Manage cross‑ART coordination, PI planning, stakeholder alignment, dependencies, risks, and priorities. - Champion data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. - Drive change management, adoption, and communication plans for end users and stakeholders.
