Job Description
**Job Title** Global System Integrators Manager **Role Summary** Lead and grow strategic alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the UKI, Nordics and Benelux region to drive revenue, market penetration and partner enablement. Deploy region‑specific go‑to‑market plans, coordinate cross‑functional virtual teams, and maintain strong executive relationships with both partner and internal stakeholders. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through GSI partnership activities. - Expand partner engagement and solution adoption within the assigned geography. - Consistently meet or surpass quota performance metrics and partner pipeline goals. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage a portfolio of high‑value GSIs, cultivating long‑term relationships and aligning partner objectives with company strategy. - Design and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies that drive joint sales, co‑marketing and technical enablement programs. - Lead partner sales enablement, providing toolkits, training, and support to optimize partner sales cycles. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and professional services to ensure partner success and accelerate time‑to‑value for joint customers. - Conduct executive‑level engagement, including quarterly reviews, business planning sessions, and tactical escalations. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as pipeline volume, win rates, and partner satisfaction. - Coordinate the execution of joint business plans and quarterly business reviews with partner leadership. - Identify and nurture new partner opportunities and market expansion initiatives within the region. **Required Skills** - Deep experience managing large GSI ecosystems in technology industry. - Proven expertise in developing and executing regional and global go‑to‑market plans. - Strong stakeholder management and executive influence skills. - Successful track record of achieving sales quotas through both direct and partner sales models. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Ability to manage cross‑functional teams within a matrixed organization. - Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. - Self‑starter with high energy, goal orientation, and time‑management proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - Relevant certifications in channel management, sales strategy or enterprise technology sales are a plus.
