Expectations: 4–8 years project management experience (preferred consulting background), 3+ years SaaS-based solution design/deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Scope projects, estimate timelines, and collaborate with sales/CSM teams. - Lead customer discovery sessions and technical solution design for complex integrations. - Troubleshoot SaaS platform configurations and optimize AI agent performance. - Document processes in centralized repositories and deliver best-practice guidance to clients. - Analyze customer data to drive insights and efficiency improvements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve post-deployment issues. - Manage technical stakeholder communications and business value discussions.
