Job Description
Job title: Business Development Engineer Role Summary: Drive new business acquisition and client relationship management for a leading IT consulting firm. Own end‑to‑end activities from lead generation and proposal negotiation to talent recruitment, staffing, and project oversight, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Required Skills: * Proven experience (≥2 years) in business development, IT consulting, or IT staffing. * Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. * Sound knowledge of IT domains (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity) to assess client needs accurately. * Recruiter aptitude: candidate sourcing, technical and behavioural assessment, and talent relationship management. * Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in French and English. * Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and prospecting tools. * Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent prioritisation, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment. Job Description
Job Title: IT Operational Project Manager – Mobile Fleet Management (M/F) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end mobile fleet management for a large banking group, overseeing ~13,000 devices and lines. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement in mobile operations. Expectations: - Deliver reliable mobile fleet services with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control. - Maintain visible alignment with group IT, security, and infrastructure teams, driving operational excellence. - Demonstrate proactive leadership in incident management, project execution, and stakeholder communication.
